[Incentivized Review] Excellent Quality! Easy to install!
Years ago, I used a bidet at a hotel stay and since then I always wanted one in my home. I couldn’t wait to try this product. The directions were very detailed and everything I needed for installing the bidet was included in the box. Installation was super simple and within a half hour the bidet was ready to go! This bidet is absolutely amazing! It is extremely powerful and the pressure and coverage are fantastic! I like that you have the option to choose what water pressure is most comfortable...

The directions were very detailed and everything I needed for installing the bidet was included in the box. Installation was super simple and within a half hour the bidet was ready to go! This bidet is absolutely amazing! It is extremely powerful and the pressure and coverage are fantastic! I like that you have the option to choose what water pressure is most comfortable for you. Even on the low setting, the pressure is powerful. Using the bidet keeps me feeling clean and refreshed. Cleaning the bidet is a breeze; you just simply switch from wash to nozzle cleaning mode and it rinses the nozzle with fresh water. I also like that the nozzle is covered by a shield to keep it sanitary. After each use, the nozzle automatically goes back behind the guard. The bidet attachment fits nice and tight under the toilet seat and I have had no issues with it moving or becoming loose. The quality of this bidet is great so hopefully I will be able to use this for years to come. We like this bidet so much that we are going to be purchasing this exact model for our guest bathroom. If you have been thinking of getting a bidet, I definitely recommend this one!
[Incentivized Review] First timer at 43 and I’m a fan.
I had so many unfounded concerns that delayed me in getting one of these. I had no idea what to expect or which questions were important. In this review, I will cover some of the topics that kept me on the sidelines and hopefully answer questions you might have. Overall: From what I’ve seen, this is a good entry into the world of the bidet. There are other models available that cost more money and offer more features but this is a great place to start if you are unsure about getting one of these. Cold water: This was my biggest concern and surprisingly turned out to NOT be an issue. The cold water from the tap is frigid and too cold for my hands. I was worried that it would be shocking on what I thought would be an even warmer part of my body. Surprisingly the temperature is not really an issue. It takes about 15-20 seconds for me to start to feel the coldness of the water and I’m clean in 10-15 seconds. I think warm water would be better but it is not needed. Pressure: There are levels of pressure. At two weeks in, I am comfortable with the low-pressure range. I’ve turned it up to see what it is like and it stings a little. I am sufficiently cleaned with the low pressure so, that is where I plan to stay. When the water is turned on, the stream is focused on a certain area of the toilet seat. I have a round toilet so I have to sit forward a little and learned how to do a slight wiggle to cover the desired location. Apparently, this thing can help with constipation but I have not had an opportunity to see how. Clean: Toilet paper and wet wipes aren’t even close. There is no comparison. This is a clean better than you get in a shower. It is a focused stream on that part of the body which is usually only rinsed from a stream above your head. Also, from the mid-point back you feel super fresh post use. No more swamp- ‘backside’. The process is quick. Water gently and thoroughly cleans you better. With no training, I was able to easily get the desired results. Toilet Paper: Yes, you still need toilet paper albeit a lot less. Once rinsed, you have to pat yourself dry. No more need for piles of paper to wipe yourself clean. Installation: Very easy to install with basic skills. The installation kit is complete with hoses, fittings, pipe tape and plastic wrenches to help with the installation. This item is placed under your existing toilet seat. The water connection tap occurs at the tank’s fitting making the bidet’s supply hose short. You can adjust the positioning (left-right, front-back) so that the stream is aligned with the center of your toilet. We have a round toilet but I think elongated toilets would have an advantage. Things to point out. Splash area contained: I didn’t know what would happen to the splash back. Apparently, it stays within the toilet and under the rim. I have yet to observe any unwanted water spraying the surfaces. Clogged toilet?: The nozzle is below the rim of the toilet. If the toilet were to clog and overflow, the nozzle will be below that level. Optimistically, you will be using less toilet paper which is a leading cause for backups so this may not be a real concern. Child’s play: There is no child lock. The pressure shoots the water strait out of the toilet. In our bathroom layout, the water makes an arc into the bathtub. I have two young children that may decide to play with it. To address this, after use, I turn the bottom knob to self-clean and if it were accidentally turned on, the water would stay in the toilet. Self-cleaning nozzle: This is an area that I have to read more about. As it stands, I clean the nozzle before and after each use because I don’t know whom in the house used it last and if they cleaned it. Comfort: I hadn’t noticed how abrasive wiping with paper is until I started using this thing. Neo 120 Bidet, March 2021
