The NEO 120 is a straightforward, no-frills bidet attachment that excels in delivering a reliable and adjustable cold water wash with effective self-cleaning nozzle features. Its simple mechanical design and easy installation make it accessible for most users seeking a hygienic upgrade without complex electronics. However, the absence of warm water, limited spray modes, and a somewhat aggressive minimum pressure setting may detract from comfort for some. The nozzle’s retractable mechanism and protective guard enhance cleanliness, though occasional alignment issues require user adjustment. Overall, it offers solid cleansing performance with basic but dependable functionality, ideal for those prioritizing simplicity and ease of use over advanced features.

[Incentivized Review] Excellent Quality! Easy to install!

The directions were very detailed and everything I needed for installing the bidet was included in the box. Installation was super simple and within a half hour the bidet was ready to go! This bidet is absolutely amazing! It is extremely powerful and the pressure and coverage are fantastic! I like that you have the option to choose what water pressure is most comfortable for you. Even on the low setting, the pressure is powerful. Using the bidet keeps me feeling clean and refreshed. Cleaning the bidet is a breeze; you just simply switch from wash to nozzle cleaning mode and it rinses the nozzle with fresh water. I also like that the nozzle is covered by a shield to keep it sanitary. After each use, the nozzle automatically goes back behind the guard. The bidet attachment fits nice and tight under the toilet seat and I have had no issues with it moving or becoming loose. The quality of this bidet is great so hopefully I will be able to use this for years to come. We like this bidet so much that we are going to be purchasing this exact model for our guest bathroom. If you have been thinking of getting a bidet, I definitely recommend this one!
[Incentivized Review] First timer at 43 and I’m a fan.
I had so many unfounded concerns that delayed me in getting one of these. I had no idea what to expect or which questions were important. I had so many unfounded concerns that delayed me in getting one of these. I had no idea what to expect or which questions were important. In this review, I will cover some of the topics that kept me on the sidelines and hopefully answer questions you might have. Overall: From what I’ve seen, this is a good entry into the world of the bidet. There are other models available that cost more money and offer more features but this is a great place to start if you are unsure about getting one of these. Cold water: This was my biggest concern and surprisingly turned out to NOT be an issue. The cold water from the tap is frigid and too cold for my hands. I was worried that it would be shocking on what I thought would be an even warmer part of my body. Surprisingly the temperature is not really an issue. It takes about 15-20 seconds for me to start to feel the coldness of the water and I’m clean in 10-15 seconds. I think warm water would be better but it is not needed. Pressure: There are levels of pressure. At two weeks in, I am comfortable with the low-pressure range. I’ve turned it up to see what it is like and it stings a little. I am sufficiently cleaned with the low pressure so, that is where I plan to stay. When the water is turned on, the stream is focused on a certain area of the toilet seat. I have a round toilet so I have to sit forward a little and learned how to do a slight wiggle to cover the desired location. Apparently, this thing can help with constipation but I have not had an opportunity to see how. Clean: Toilet paper and wet wipes aren’t even close. There is no comparison. This is a clean better than you get in a shower. It is a focused stream on that part of the body which is usually only rinsed from a stream above your head. Also, from the mid-point back you feel super fresh post use. No more swamp- ‘backside’. The process is quick. Water gently and thoroughly cleans you better. With no training, I was able to easily get the desired results. Toilet Paper: Yes, you still need toilet paper albeit a lot less. Once rinsed, you have to pat yourself dry. No more need for piles of paper to wipe yourself clean. Installation: Very easy to install with basic skills. The installation kit is complete with hoses, fittings, pipe tape and plastic wrenches to help with the installation. This item is placed under your existing toilet seat. The water connection tap occurs at the tank’s fitting making the bidet’s supply hose short. You can adjust the positioning (left-right, front-back) so that the stream is aligned with the center of your toilet. We have a round toilet but I think elongated toilets would have an advantage. Things to point out. Splash area contained: I didn’t know what would happen to the splash back. Apparently, it stays within the toilet and under the rim. I have yet to observe any unwanted water spraying the surfaces. Clogged toilet?: The nozzle is below the rim of the toilet. If the toilet were to clog and overflow, the nozzle will be below that level. Optimistically, you will be using less toilet paper which is a leading cause for backups so this may not be a real concern. Child’s play: There is no child lock. The pressure shoots the water strait out of the toilet. In our bathroom layout, the water makes an arc into the bathtub. I have two young children that may decide to play with it. To address this, after use, I turn the bottom knob to self-clean and if it were accidentally turned on, the water would stay in the toilet. Self-cleaning nozzle: This is an area that I have to read more about. As it stands, I clean the nozzle before and after each use because I don’t know whom in the house used it last and if they cleaned it. Comfort: I hadn’t noticed how abrasive wiping with paper is until I started using this thing. Neo 120 Bidet, March 2021
[Incentivized Review] Cleaner Feeling
This was actually a lot easier to install than expected mostly because the instructions were step by step but also better illustrated than I as use to. I liked that you can adjust the spray force between low and high, low was actually pretty strong. There is a second adjustment between wash and cleaning the nozzle which was a good addition. You get two T-adapters one is plastic the other metal. Best advice, go with the plastic one they are easier to install and don’t rust or get corrosion. The metal one didn’t seal properly for me so my plumber husband lectured me on using plastic instead. You get 2 plastic wrenches, I ended up using them and they worked fine. The package included a small spool of pipe tape which wasn’t needed with the plastic adapter but I figured I would use it anyway. My only issue was the metal adapter not sealing properly so I switched to the plastic one which was the better option altogether. This is a pretty nice product that was easy to install, had great instructions and needed tools.
[Incentivized Review] works good.
It takes approximately 20 minutes to properly install the "LUXE Bidet NEO 120". The bidet kit comes with everything you need, so no extra purchase is necessary for the installation. This is a sturdy one piece unit. This is a sturdy one piece unit. You will need to turn off your water behind your stool, remove the toilet seat/lid, then you place the bidet over the bolt holes, replace the toilet seat/lid, on top of that, put bolt's through both the bidet and the seat/lid, tighten firmly. You then need to connect the water hose to the back of the stool. If you find the unit is too close to the bowl, the round disk where the bolt's go through are adjustable, just turn them in either direction to slide it to your liking. Turn your water valve back on, adjust the water flow. After you have taken these few simple steps, it's ready for use. I have tried it a few times, I'm not very fond of it, I prefer the old-fashioned way, but my husband, on the other hand, say's just the opposite he really likes it, so I guess it's a matter of personal preference for each individual. The nozzle inside the stool is self cleaning, just turn the 2nd knob all the way to self clean then turn the on/off knob, you will not get any water coming up at you, but it will stay in the off position so the water will clean the nozzle itself. If you find the toilet seat is off level after installation, the company offers a complimentary set of rubber bumpers to help bring it back to a level height. The instruction booklet says this is uncommon to need this set, but if you do they will supply it free of charge. We did not need the extra bumper's, everything fit perfect, and the seat is level. It comes with a user guide and an 18 month warranty. The Bidet is a good option for those that may have arthritic hands, or a bad back and cannot twist or reach around their back, etc. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with these type of health problems, or if you just want a cleaner bum, you may want to try it.
