Quality isn't what it used to be.
This was the third Luxe Bidet that I've purchased over the years. The first two were good, but the quality has dropped on the third purchase. I noticed a puddle on the floor under the bidet and tried tightening the connector hose. Puddles continued. I noticed that the bottom of the bidet was discoloured and water was leaking out of the seam. Somewhere on the inside of the bidet, the hose ruptured. This is one of those things that c... This is one of those things that can flood your house and cause significant damage. Emailed customer support, who offered me a new bidet for "free" as it is still under warranty. However, they wanted to charge $42 to ship it, which is almost the same price as the "free" replacement. The product and the customer service have sadly gone downhill. Highly recommend staying away from this brand and exploring one of the many alternatives that are available.

Love my Luxe bidet. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. It is doing its job very well. Lately I had some issue with the product, after using the product for 11 months and I contacted Luxe and they send me a brand new one without any questions, since it was under extended warranty which they offered for free when I origionally bought the product. I am very pleased with the Luxe company and the product. I am glad that I bought this product and I certainly recommend everyone should buy this which is very effective and give you very satisfying clean sence after use.
