Love my Luxe bidet. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. It is doing its job very well. Lately I had some issue with the product, after using the product for 11 months and I contacted Luxe and they send me a brand new one without any questions, since it was under extended warranty which they offered for free when I origionally bought the product. I am very pleased with the Luxe company and the product. I am glad that I bought this product and I certainly recommend everyone should buy this which is very effective and give you very satisfying clean sence after use.
