It's such a wonderful feature especially in the winter! This seat is really just fantastic. There are 3 seat heat settings, back and front bidet options (both from the back, just sprayed differently) with 3 settings each and a nightlight! It was really easy to install. The instructions were clear and very few (if any) tools were needed. I think I had to use a tool to get an old bolt lose but that's about the extent of it. Super easy. The lid and seat have the slow close design which is super important to me with a young child. I really can't say enough good things about this and have absolutely nothing negative to say. No cons at all that I've seen or experienced.
