Easy Install Only Challenge Was Outlet Access
This is a well built toilet seat with a few hidden-ish features Pros: 1. This is a nice solid seat first and foremost. I've used a few toilet seats that are thin plastic shells with footers which flex twist and feel like they will break any moment. This seat (and) lid are solid (or atleast thicker) plastic that just feels more substantive and premium. 2. The seat feels well made in that it doesn't wobbl... This is a well built toilet seat with a few hidden-ish features Pros: 1. This is a nice solid seat first and foremost. I've used a few toilet seats that are thin plastic shells with footers which flex twist and feel like they will break any moment. This seat (and) lid are solid (or atleast thicker) plastic that just feels more substantive and premium. 2. The seat feels well made in that it doesn't wobble, rattle, have any cracks, defects or missing parts 3. Installation of the seat was easy 4. It has a soft close seat and lid which is excellent 5. Built-in nightlight so you don't have to use the bright lights and risk waking all the way up (for those who have sleep difficulties) or just don't want high beams after being in the dark. Whichever is your motivator, the night light is a nice feature! 6. The hidden-ish feature is the heated seat. Looking at the seat there is no indicator of a heater element...with the exception of a power cord running from the seat. Cons: 1. The power cord is quite short. You would either have to have an outlet installed next to the toilet, run an extension cord to your nearest outlet or maybe use a portable power station of some kind. I was fortunate enough to have the bathroom next to a closet that had a powerstrip for home security so I was able to poke a hole in the wall and pass the jack end through and to the toilet. This is a comfortable toilet seat that seeks to improve the user experience with less harsh lighting and a warm seat. It would be perfect if there was a cordless way to achieve this, but if that isn't an option provide a longer cord to reach existing outlets. All-in-all, I like this seat and look forward to it's use.

So far so great. The heating element works very well, and the light night is a nice feature. I'm truly happy that it's so easy to assemble, just plug it in. Yay!
