The Aquaus 360° Hand Held Bidet offers practical features such as warm water with adjustable pressure and an easy DIY installation that appeals to users seeking convenience and basic functionality. Its dual thumb controls allow for straightforward water pressure adjustments, and the warm water feature enhances comfort during use. However, occasional issues with sudden bursts of hot water and limited design amenities may affect overall user experience. (Note - medicalish talk ahead): Due to certain medical issues, I needed a bidet for trips to the bathroom. I could not afford a formal "bidet toilet seat", and the bidet attachments you can put under a seat have certain limitations. I visited the RinseWorks site to read up on their offerings, and a hand-held one like they sell SEEMED, based on their description, like what would work for me. It does not - and here's why: I'm a larger guy. On their site for this item, it does say it works better for larger people than traditional seat type attachments, which is why I bought it. Well, it comes with two spray heads, one wider and one allegedly "narrower" spray wise. Unfortunately, the narrow one isn't narrow. If you see the illustration I'm including (from their own site on this item) it shows someone actually holding the bidet down into the toilet alongside their body. If you are even moderately larger, your entire body covers the whole seat - there is NO room to squeeze this wand down into the seat. The cartoon person on the seat in their illustration in reference to that toilet, would be about a 10-12 year old child in size, not a full grown adult or much less a larger adult. Your only recourse then, is to "squat" over the toilet while standing, and using the bidet by hand that way - and water will go EVERYWHERE. The "narrow" spray head is still too wide, and once you get enough water power going to do any good, the wide water pattern goes beyond the area you want it to hit, splashing over the edges of the toilet into the floor, down your leg, etc. VERY disappointing. A much smaller relative visiting tried it as well and they too, had no positive comments about using it. I have found that a battery powered travel bidet has a much more effective (and less messy) nozzle on it than this one does. This could be ok if they came out with a spray head with a MUCH narrower spray pattern than it currently offers. As it is, I waited too long to send it back, so will have to simply use it as a toilet bowl cleaner (which it's actually ok at), rather than it's intended use. Again - very disappointed.
Does what it’s supposed to do
Slightly finicky to apply but got it working. Only complaint is that it takes a gallon of water running to get it to the warm point so I now use with cold water - and it isn't bad at all. Would be nice to have the kind that warms up the water but this is fairly simple to use. One only has to remember to turn off the diversion tap to release pressure each time used. One problem is sometimes depending on angle, the spray can escape under the toilet seat and get your toilet back and floor wet. Also can be awkward in a shared bathroom
Works great since 2019
Once you go to the "bidet side" of the force you will never want to go back. I have two versions , the sink version in my bathroom and I installed the toilet version for my Mother's house. Both took me about 3-5 minutes to install. I did not have to buy any extra adapters or fittings. Once you go to the "bidet side" of the force you will never want to go back. I have two versions , the sink version in my bathroom and I installed the toilet version for my Mother's house. Both took me about 3-5 minutes to install. I did not have to buy any extra adapters or fittings. The bonus of the warm water (sink) version is when I had an eye infection instead of constantly rubbing my eye I would start with warm/hot water using the bidet over the sink to flush my eye , soothing warm water , then gradually I'd turn the water to ice cold to reduce inflammation. Really helped me get over an eye infection. Everyone in the world should own a bidet. No matter how many times you wipe with toilet paper , it feels like your wiping a magic-marker , it never seems to be clean. I use the water bidet and usually only need one hand-full of toilet paper to dry off. The paper is spotless. The bonus of the handheld versus the automatic expensive seat versions , is the handheld you can really get all the angles , the nooks , the crannies and really get all the places clean. Just be careful you can splash up and out the back of your seat. The first time I used mine I got a little carried away and had a little splash fest in my bathroom. A minor learning curve is involved but well worth every penny. Soon you'll be splashing your bottom with relative ease. My Mother loves hers and wonders why she spent 60 years of her life just wiping with paper never really getting that crispy clean bottom. The all brass version is heavier so keep that in mind when ordering. BOTH the pvc version and the brass version have a solid internal brass valve. THIS is the important part the part that would leak if they used sub-par metal. So both versions are essentially the same with the internal brass water valve. With exception the all brass version has a brass sprayer as well. If I had to choose again I'd go with the plastic version , it's lighter and still has the same internal brass part. The part that matters the most.
Easy installation. Excellent quality.

This Handheld Bidet is just fantastic. I used to use a plants sprayer to clean myself after going to the bathroom and fill it with water from the showering faucet. But not anymore, I bought this product and received it within two days only. Installation was very easy and quick, I did not need any tool to install it, just my hands. The plastic hose is made of very high quality materials and it feels very light comparing with others aluminum covered hoses. I easily connected the plastic hose to both ends of the sprayer and the water switch adapter with my hands and it never came out or leaked. And then removed the faucet aerators from the original faucet and placed the new adapter and started using this product without any problems. I would recommend this product to a friend and I would buy again if needed.
