Decent, but leaky (disappointed)
I ordered 2 "ABHQP Self Cleaning Hot and Cold Water Bidet - Dual Nozzle (Male & Female) • BHCWA1" bidets. I ordered 2 "ABHQP Self Cleaning Hot and Cold Water Bidet - Dual Nozzle (Male & Female) • BHCWA1" bidets. The printed instructions aren't incredibly clear, but I found a YouTube video where a man is installing an incredibly similar bidet, so I figured out the installation by combining the video with the provided instructions. I installed the first bidet relatively easily, with both hot and cold water. I'm quite happy with it; the only problem is that there was a leak coming out from underneath the control panel (through the little hole in the center, which might be where a screw goes?), and a leak coming from where the hot water pipe connects to the control panel (I've tried tightening it many times, but a drop or two still comes out whenever the bidet is used). Not too terrible--especially since I put a strip of waterproof sealant tape over the little hole on the bottom, and that seems to have done the trick there. Only one minor leak to deal with now. The other bidet, on the other hand, was MUCH more frustrating. Everything went relatively smoothly until it came to the hot water attachment. I've included a picture of where the problem arose. The hot water T-adapter that was included would NOT stop leaking from where the red arrow I've drawn is pointing. No amount of tightening would fix it. I tried applying more of the sealant tape, and the water just bubbled out from underneath the tape. I ordered a replacement T-adapter, and it leaked from the EXACT SAME spot, only 10x WORSE. I paid extra for one-day shipping of the replacement piece and everything. The second bidet now has no hot water. Such a disappointment. Apart from the leaks, water pressure is pretty impressive in both bidets, and they overall do what I want/expected. So, to sum up: this is a pretty decent bidet (especially for the cost), but leaks are a frequent issue. What varies is whether the leaks will be a minor annoyance, or something that largely ruins the experience you were after.
