Mounting bracket issues - Resolved
I love this bidet and all the features it offers. The bidet was fairly easy to install until I got down to the brackets. Instructions say to place the metal brackets on the mounting plate flat side down and they should have added placed flat and horizontally. I'm a 64-year-old female and installed it by myself. I thought the plumbing was going to be a problem but it turns out it was the brackets. I feel the company could have spent more on their installation instructions with clearer pictures. I... I did email them and they responded immediately. So excellent customer service. Overall it's an excellent bidet. The heated seat, the swing, and the massage can be used together, a nice feature. I really like all the options and the remote. You do have to sort of force the back of the remote open to install the batteries. I would definitely recommend they just need to update their instructions with clearer pictures and highly recommend this bidet.
