horrible customer service - poorly engineered lid
We’ve had this toilet seat bidet for almost 2 years now, this is the 1400 model. It’s worked fairly well, but recently we’ve noticed that the lid has cracked on both sides and it is engineered poorly when you look at how the lid is seated on the toilet seat itself. There is nothing supporting it. We also have the 1000 model in a different bathroom and that one is not engineered in the same way, it doesn’t have the same problem. Update: after 5 weeks, still unsuccessful in getting a supervisor to call me, with numerous emails and several phone calls to them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Remote has poor connection. Two Units.
I purchased one of these and returned it because the remote did not work. The second one the remote has poor and delayed connection each time you use it. When Guests use it sometime it will not turn off since the remote will not connect.
