Easy installation
it went well, but toilet installation takes some time. The toilet installation took a day. The only problem was that I stripped the plastic threads where the water goes into the toilet when installing the metal tee. I bought a new toilet valve and was more careful installing the metal tee. Day 2 was installation of wiring and a GFCI to power the bidet. My wife loves the bidet features.

I'm not a handy person and do not enjoy installing stuff like this. I used all provided water lines, replacing existing water lines, read everything twice. Kohler provides metal parts, others provide plastic ( and less expensive). No leaks. Whew. We are a Kohler household due to their exceptional customer service, high quality. Remote easliy paired with seat. There are less expensive bidet seats out there, premium parts and easy install lead us to Kohler. The seat even heats, geez.

Totally Disappointed with This
We added on to our house for my elderly parents and installed 2 of these in 2 bathrooms for them. The directions are minimal on how to program the bidet seats, but my husband & I are engineers and should be able to figure this out. Problems: (1) Bidet functionality makes the toilet seat opening very small, (2) The water spray adjustment is abysmal - it sprays the back side, never the front, unless you bend way over at the waist, (3) None of the features are timed out at all - if you turn on t...

Nope. Never did get the individual buttons to do anything at all, much less go through an automated clean / dry cycle. We spent $1,400 on 2 useless bidet products that are never used because they don’t do what they were advertised to do.
