Great options, reasonable price luxury model
This Toto washlet is my second purchase. The first one I acquired approximately 10 years ago has unfortunately ceased to function due to the lack of Tosh wash, it died. This Toto washlet is my second purchase. The first one I acquired approximately 10 years ago has unfortunately ceased to function due to the lack of Tosh wash, it died. I am delighted that Amazon offers a wide range of Toto washlets. I identified the model that best suited my needs, which was an upgrade from my previous model. I initially purchased it for $1,800, which is remarkable considering the significant price drop over the past decade. At that time, the demand for these products was low, resulting in their higher cost. The upgraded model is now priced at $550. I opted for the less expensive model because the premium model only offered automatic lid closure and a specialized spray for women, and automatic bowl cleaning which I deemed unnecessary, 500 bucks less. This model is exceptional, and you will undoubtedly be satisfied with your purchase. Once you own one, you will find yourself unable to live without it. I am pleased that the price is now reasonable and the installation process is straightforward. I completed the installation within approximately an hour, drawing from my previous experience with the same model type. You will never be disappointed with Toto. All of my toilets are Toto, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchases. Ready for booty wash.

Pros: - unlimited hot water, trust me you need it after you get used to bidets - easy to use remote - simple operation, options and performs flawlessely - more reliable compared to other non Toto brands that I have used (most electric one’s break in 2 years) - great fit and finish with grohe toilets (others will be ok I guess but perfect fit for grohe) Cons -none so far

Tankless heater and fits an elongated toilet
I waited a few weeks before submitting my review to make sure I was satisfied with this model. After reading a lot of reviews I am glad I spent a bit more money on the tankless model. It also comes with the proper “T” fitting to hook up the plumbing to the water supply line. I did have to install a GFI outlet near the toilet ( as shown in the picture). The bolts seemed too small for my American Standard toilet but after talking to a Toto tech , they said to flip the rubber grommet upside down and that worked fine.
