Brondell Swash DS725 Bidet Toilet Seat

We already have a Clean Touch Bidet and decided buy a bidet for our 2nd washroom. Swash by Brondell is a brand name which was important to us. We already have a Clean Touch Bidet and decided buy a bidet for our 2nd washroom. Swash by Brondell is a brand name which was important to us. We wanted remote feature this time due to limited space in the washroom. Both Bidet have stainless tell nozzle with heated seat, warm water and dryer. Clean Touch control panel has many colored lights for each function like seat and water temperature, nozzle position and water pressure. DS725 remote has fewer led's and all are red. Takes more time to learn which red led is warm and which is warmer. Manual doesn't explain each led. CleanTouch has 3 power saving modes. Off (seat and water warms when you sit down), only seat warmer on, or both seat warmer and water heating on. The DS725 eco mode only reduces seat and water temperatures. They do not turn off in order to save even more hydro when not in use. Remote on DS725 works well regardless where its pointed. The very smooth surface makes remote easy to wipe, but makes feeling for the buttons at night a little harder. CleanTouch model did not have an auto feature, while the DS725 does. Handy if you feel like sitting for 2 minutes as its a 1 minute back wash with a 1 minute blow dry. Blue LED is rather bright at night as it shines right off the water surface. The CleanTouch LED night light shines on the toilet bowl, not on the water making it more pleasant. Don't be fooled by marketing gimmick by some brands claiming the blue led is some ultraviolet disinfecting feature. Its not. Installation was easy, just like many videos available on line from DS725 or any other make. Make sure you get the right shape, round or elongated to match your toilet shape.  Read Less

Spent close to 400$ still ended up using more tissues. Doesn't clean properly because the water pressure is low. Then the nozzle doesn't go far enough on the rear side. The T joint is also a pain to fix ended up flooding the restroom one day since there was a leak. It may start leaking anytime since the T joint is not sturdy.The clearance between the seat and toilet is big enough to make water spill on the floor at every cleaning. Brondell doesn't understand customer issues and have no empathy. I will not refer anyone to buy this product. Walmart should consider delisting this product. This review is for a Brondell DS725-RW seat. We invested in a Brondell 820 bidet seat earlier in the year for our Master bathroom for numerous reasons including easier recovery from some surgery. We've been so impressed, we opted to outfit a 2nd bathroom with the DS725. Not as many bells and whistles as the 820, but just as effective, and actually easier to use. We've been so impressed, we opted to outfit a 2nd bathroom with the DS725. Not as many bells and whistles as the 820, but just as effective, and actually easier to use. The 725 has all the major features (hot water, stainless wand, air dryer, etc..) we enjoy with the 820 but at a more economical price point. The dryer function seems to actually be more effective on the 725 than the 820. We're thoroughly pleased with this most recent purchase for the same reasons many others have stated as it relates to personal hygiene and reduced toilet tissue usage.
